In the Sustainability & Technical Management team at Newsec, we deal with a wide range of tasks, from preventive maintenance of the properties, operational advice, energy screening and optimising, property budget follow-up as well as close cooperation and communication with clients, tenants, and other suppliers and external service providers in the properties we monitor. Through a proactive and service-minded approach, we ensure that our clients properties run like clockwork, shaping great visitor and tenant experience. On top of this, we are key in energy optimising the buildings focusing on sustainable property solutions in close collaboration with our clients to develop our clients’ assets in line with current and future needs and demands.
