Although alternative assets have performed strongly during the last few years, Nordic property will be able to continue to generate attractive returns for well-informed investors. There is an ongoing shift on the market, from the focus on prime segments seen in previous years to a broader-based market with higher activity in relatively high-yielding segments. However, the investment cycles of the different Nordic economies are in very different positions, and detailed market knowledge will be more important than ever for both buyers and sellers of property in coming years.
